How to sew an adorable house Pillow

I saw a set of adorable village pillows, (or tower pillows) and thought..."hey I can do that for my little girl" and I did! You can too!
Here's what you need:

Materials: 1: scrap fabric (any size, all size!)
2: Ribbon, Rick Rack, decorative trim ect.

3: button
4: fiber fill

5: hot glue gun

1: First make a long rectangle with your scrap fabric for the main tower piece. Cut two pieces.
Face right sides together and sew along
the bottom and sides BUT LEAVE THE TOP OPEN.

2: Now take another piece of scrap fabric (looks bests if it's a different design) this will be your roof. Draw a triangle on it. Cut out two pieces and face them right sides together. Sew along the sides and bottom but leave an inch opening to turn it right side out.

3: Now stuff your main tower piece and roof piece with fiber fill. Close up the bottom of the main tower piece. I used a zig zag stitch because I find it looks more whimsical. Do the same to your roof piece. Sew the roof on the main tower piece. Starting to look like a little house! how exciting!

4: Take a piece of rick rack or ribbon and measure it so it fits around the bottom of the roof. Hot glue gun in place.

5: Now cut a door and a window out of two more pieces of scrap fabric and hot glue onto the tower.
Add a button to the door for a bit of charm :)

AND TA DA!!!!!! YOU'RE DONE!!!!! You can make a bunch of them to create a village or add little ribbons to hang them on your little girl's wall or door handle. If you make one send me a picture, I love seeing the different designs people come up with!

ENJOY! :)
